I dette system kan du rapportere utilsigtede hændelser.
Ved utilsigtede hændelser forstås på forhånd kendte og ukendte hændelser og fejl, som ikke skyldtes patientens sygdom, og som enten er skadevoldende eller kunne have været skadevoldende. En utilsigtet hændelse omfatter en begivenhed, der forekommer i forbindelse med sundhedsfaglig virksomhed, herunder præhospital indsats eller i forbindelse med forsyning af og information om lægemidler.

Danmark deltager 2012-2014 i et fælles europæisk netværksprojekt om patientsikkerhed og kvalitet, European Network for Patient Safety and Quality of Health Care (PaSQ).

European Network for Patient Safety (EUNetPaS)
EUNetPaS was a project funded by the European Commission within 2007 Public Health Program. The project was coordinated by HAS (French National Authority for Health).
Work Packages 3 of the project was devoted to collect and share the information on reporting and learning systems and on their implementation in the EU MS and maintain a library of these to encourage sharing and learning across member states.
